In my class i have been learning about energy, we have been learning about all different types like hydro energy, electrical energy, solar, turbine and a few more. I had been learning about tidal energy. My class went around telling each other abou the energy they were doing, and we took notes. Here is one of the notes i took: coal, oil= fossil fuel, made in the time of the dinosaurs, scientific name is ch4.
assembly
Today i had assembly at school that we have every so often. At assembly today we had people performing song dancers and music, every clapped to them or danced them. We also had some people saying stories that they had written in class, one was about a train and a girl were she nearly got run over by it, and another was about a gladiator that fought a big warrior.
local coucils
I used to think the local council was just a place that took our bins out, but yesterday i went on a excursion and realized what the local actually done. Now i realise what the local council actually does, it doesn’t only take our rubbish but it pretty much looks after everything and everyone. The local council takes care of its area, just like other local councils. The local council takes care of the parks, homes, people’s health, people that are blind or deaf and many more things, its countless for what the local council does for us. With out the local council we wouldn’t have traffic lights, so that we no where where going, nor would we have building’s for people to work in. And that’s what i realised about what the local council does.
Who is Australian?
We have been learnin lots about Australia and have been working about it on what we know. I have been writing infomation on my powerpoint presentation. I have write about queen Elizabeth, flags of Australias city, about the Austrlian flag, national anthem and loads more of things. I have not created this presentation myself, i used antenna and amin’s help. Whe got responses about our presentation from our reflection buddy, witch was hamster, she gave me two ticks nad two crosses. I was ok with that but i did expect better.
Red’s big victory
We have been having at school sportsday. Every one enjoys sportsday beacuse it fun and exiting beacuse you dont no who comes next? I was very exited and all day long i had been thinking before we had started that red was going to win. There are different coulors in sports day witch are red, orange, green, and yellow. Im in orange. Every team has there own team chant, here they are Reds: extra extra read all about it reds going to win and theres no dought about it Goooooooooooooooo red! oranges: orange orange were the best orange we will beat the rest, we can jump and we can run win ning makes it so much fun go ooooorange! Greens:turn on the radio what do you hear green green give us a cheere go green! and last but not least yellows: good, better, best will never let it rest, till our good is better and our better is best go yeeeeeeeeellow! yellows team chant is the best i reckon but who knows? in 4th place was yellow then 3rd orange 2nd green and 1st guess! red!!!
sports
My favourite sport is basketball it is awesome i wish i beome like one of theese guys one day. I really injoy basketball and want to go to the NBA one day.
class pet
I think that we should be allowed to have a class pet. it is a cool idea of having a class pet and it should not be to hard to look after it. I am looking foward to having a class pet.
